That’s right, All Things Metal was named one of the Top Workplaces in Arizona in 2022! That makes ATM a six time winner, coming in at 53rd place! Linda Bobbitt and Pamela Halpin of the ATM Marketing team had the absolute privilege of representing All Things Metal at the Top Companies Celebration in July.
The event was an overall fun time, with an exciting Keynote Speaker, Paul Long – the founder of “Fundamism”. Paul’s speeches focused around making the workplace culture more “fun” with his three step process of:
1. Create Meaningful Interactions
2. Listen with Intent
3. Embrace Awkward Moments
Pamela had this to say about the presentation by Long, “My biggest takeaway from Paul’s speech was that the culture of this company is not something that I should just show up and expect is here. As a part of this company – I play a part in this culture. It takes all of us to make it into a place that people want to be – and I CAN have an impact on it just by creating meaningful interactions, listening with intent, and embracing awkward moments.”
I just wanted to say that I appreciate the vote of confidence that you all have in this company, and I recognize that the rarest commodity in this world is not silver, gold, or oil — but rather good people. I have a desire for All Things Metal to be a destination workplace and each year that All Things Metal is voted a Top Workplace tells me that we are headed in the right direction.
